Summary: Stay was good. Breakfast was ok. Almost the same everyday. Parking lot was full when we first arrived but Sue at the front desk was very helpful.

Summary: My experience this trip was terrible. Our flight was delayed 4 hours so we called ahead to advise the hotel. When we got in to Omaha @ 1:30 our room was given away as the hotel was oversold. We were sent to the Double tree down the road forbthe night. The next day, they. Alled to say the room wa ready. It was not. Upon returning to the hotel, our reservation was again given away for the same reason. They then sent us to the Hampton Inn accross the road. The manager did not leave any notes for the night staff and therefore we had to pay full cost for the hotel for all nights.

Summary: The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice and clean. The free breakfast was very good with a good variety. We especially enjoyed the shredded chicken and flour tortillas with scrambled eggs. The room was nice and roomy. We were given plenty towels and toiletries. The bed linens and pillows were substandard though. The pillows were old and mushy. The sheets did not fit the bed at all and were obviously old and worn. I did request and receive a couple new pillows but those were also very mushy. The staff was very friendly.

Summary: This was an excellent spot for our family for a quick weekend getaway! Having the living space was huge for us while the baby slept in the bedroom. Upon arrival the A/C was not working in the living room, and within minutes a employee of the hotel was there and got it back up and working very quickly.
